As one of the suspect's designer-parents explains, the child had made the mother feel so uncomfortable for so long, that making a criminal file on him seemed the natural approach in designing his birth announcement. With clips, stamps and embossing, this print design piece is a wonderful demonstration of where the tangible experience can be very creative, effective, and interactive.
